Flea TodayNew Jersey - The Greate Egg Harbour Township Historical Society will hold its inaugural Ye Olde Flea Market fundraiser Sept. 28 in celebration of National Museum Day, which member Lynn Wood hopes will increase awareness of the museum. National Museum Day is an annual event hosted by Smithsonian Magazine for which participating museums across the country offer free admission to anyone who presents a Museum Day Ticket. Because admission to its museum is always free, the society decided to hold the flea market as an added attraction.

Illinois - Heritage Trail Mall, a 7,000 square foot furniture and antique emporium in Wilmette, IL, will be hosting its annual Fall Flea Market, Sunday, October 6, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The rain or shine event is held both inside and outside.

The year-round emporium offers a broad range of antiques, collectibles, home decor and furniture, gifts, jewelry, artwork, memorabilia and more.  Surrounded by other antique stores and restaurants, patrons often make a day of visiting the area. For more information:

Free and open to the public, the annual event took place from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the heart of the theater district, along West 44th Street (between Broadway and Eighth Avenue) and in Shubert Alley. More than 50 beloved and rising stars of stage and screen–including 19 Tony Award winners–signed autographs on Sunday, September 22, at the 27th Annual Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction (#bwayflea), presented by and benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
